VITO MARCOGLIESE                                          Director of Construction 

With over 22 years experience in the construction industry, Vito Marcogliese focuses on building teams including project managers, field supers, and laborers.  In all types of retail and commercial work for some of the largest clients in the tri-state area, Vito has the innate ability to develop  in-depth understandings of the projects.  With FHL, Vito assures that the project is being built in strict adherence to the prime contract (schedule, plans, specifications and addendum).   

Vito’s passion has always been in the construction business and now he has taken that passion and created FHL Vision Industries. 

BRIAN FENNELL                                                                                                                  Director of Estimating and Pre-Con

Brian Fennell has 25+ years of experience that began as a Junior Estimator and is now responsible for the overall estimating, planning, financial management and close-out of multi-million dollar  projects.  Brian has spent years honing his abilities in Project Management with participation in all activities of any project after awarded, including all subcontractor billing, client billings, change orders, closeouts and designer, ownership and client relations. 

Brian takes great pride in the relationships he has built with clients throughout his diverse career and brings those skills to FHL Vision Industries.
